When you engage us to plan your visit, we begin by learning about you, your interests and travel style. We will draw from our knowledge of Italy and from our exclusive contacts and resources to create a custom itinerary that is designed specifically for you.

When you make a new registration, indicate "I'm enrolled through" Unique Italy, and "To attend" Visit in Italy. Delivery to and
from Italy hotels may be arranged through our office.
Call us or complete the Travel Profile. Tell us your “wish list.”
Once you have spoken with a Unique Italy Tour Specialist and decide that our Custom Itinerary Planning Service is right for you, your Preliminary Itinerary will be designed and sent to you within 48 hours. Not exactly right? Have more ideas and requests? Not a problem! You and your personal Tour Specialist will work on the Itinerary until it is perfect for you.
Before your departure for Italy, a complete Travel Packet will be sent to you. The Packet will include your full itinerary, guide information, accommodation and restaurant details, vouchers, train tickets, driving directions…everything you will need for your Italy adventure.
Prepayment Policy
In order for Unique Italy to begin designing your Italy trip, a non-refundable $400 Itinerary Planning Fee will be charged, 50% of which is applicable to any Unique Italy service. This Itinerary Planning Fee also includes Restaurant and Hotel Recommendations and Reservations.
Upon client agreeing upon an Itinerary, guides will be contacted and the credit card on file will be charged in full (less $200 Itinerary Planning Fee) for the agreed-upon services. Clients are also welcome to pay with a personal check or through PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days prior to service: full refund less $150.
29 – 1 days prior to service: no refund.
Individual hotel cancellations apply.
Due to our firm cancellation policy - and those of hotels in Italy - Trip Insurance is strongly advised. Call your insurance provider or request a referral from the Unique Italy office.
Hotel & Restaurant Recommendations and Reservations
Unique Italy will help you find the perfect accommodations and restaurants…and make your reservations for you. Our extensive knowledge and connections will assure you of the most charming and well-located hotels, villas, and historic residences throughout Italy.
For those choosing not to use our Itinerary Planning Service, there is a fee for hotel and restaurant reservations.
These services are free if booking a tour.
